FingerMotion (FNGR)

FNGR certainly fits the bill. The company describes itself as a mobile data, services, and big data analytics company. They do a lot of business in China but are headquartered in New York.

FNGR as having had an unusually large amount of short selling compared to normal.
The stock closed that day at $1.06. It opened the next morning at $1.05 and did not have crazy high volume, although it was up nicely for the day. As of this writing,
FNGR is at $5.37, which represents an incredible gain from then. The program reported it as having unusually large short selling on 9/28 and 9/30 as well.
